Custom Made / Print-on-Demand All our products are specifically printed and unique to your order. Because they are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind or ordered the wrong size. Please consult our size charts before purchasing.
Exceptions Only items with manufacturing defects or shipping damages are eligible for a return. You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your package.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at hello@themeowmoves.com with a photo of the issue. We will evaluate the problem and make it right with a replacement or a refund.
Important! Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. To initiate a return for damaged or defective items, contact us at hello@themeowmoves.com. We will provide you with the correct return address. Please note that return shipping costs for defective items will be handled by us, while unauthorized returns cannot be processed
Please note: For international returns, customers must ensure correct customs declaration. Any customs duties or taxes incurred due to incorrect labeling may be deducted from the refund.
