Local Production & Sustainability We believe in smart and sustainable shopping. That’s why we use a global production network. Your order is usually printed and shipped from the location closest to you. This reduces carbon emissions and speeds up delivery times.

Processing & Production Each item is printed just for you. Production usually takes 2–5 business days before your order is shipped.

Shipping Times Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

- Switzerland: 3–7 business days

- Europe / EU: 5–10 business days

- International: 10–20 business days

Order Tracking As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package's journey directly via the carrier's website. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Customs & Taxes While we aim to fulfill your order from the nearest local production hub to avoid extra costs, please note that international shipments may occasionally be subject to local import duties or taxes depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
