This website is operated by The Meow Moves. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to The Meow Moves. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted.

3. Print-on-Demand & Product Nature

Please note that all products at The Meow Moves are made-to-order (Print-on-Demand). This means the product is created specifically for you after your order is placed.

  • Colors may vary slightly from the screen representation.
  • Small deviations in the positioning of the print are inherent to the production process and do not constitute a defect.

As each product is custom-printed for the individual customer, we cannot offer returns or exchanges due to incorrect size selection or change of mind. Customers are responsible for reviewing the size charts provided on each product page before finalizing their order.

4. Returns and Communication

In the event of a manufacturing defect or damage, you must contact us at hello@themeowmoves.com before taking any further action.

  • Do not return products to the manufacturer. We will provide you with a specific return address once your claim has been reviewed.
  • Unauthorized returns (sent back without our prior confirmation or to the wrong address) will not be processed and are not eligible for a refund.
  • For authorized returns, the item must be in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to the manufacturer due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, any costs for re-shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

6. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers/expiration dates.

7. Prices and Payment

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. For customers outside of Switzerland, please note that import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, and content on this website are the intellectual property of The Meow Moves. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, jurisdiction of Lucerne.
